The remote is an addition to or direct replacement for your GE-branded mySelectSmart Wireless Remote with Countdown Lighting Control (product #36240) to operate lamps, fans and other small appliances throughout your home. Featuring ON/OFF buttons and four countdown options, the remote provides versatile control of connected devices. It can also be paired with any mySelectSmart product to create a whole-home lighting network.
A signal range of 150ft. makes this remote the perfect addition to any GE-branded mySelectSmart device. A mounting bracket, hardware and rocker-style wallplate are included for easy installation on walls. One CR2032 battery is also provided for convenient portable use. The remote is compatible with LED, CFL and incandescent bulbs for use in any room. By not requiring hubs, Wi-Fi or any additional equipment, the add-on receiver provides a simple alternative to complex home automation devices.
