Incentive Plan
Our incentive plan is quite special. The success of the program is based on our team members commitment to "WOW" our customers and is calculated monthly based on "net income" which translates to a specific incentive percentage. There is no cap - the better we perform, the higher the incentive becomes.
401(k) and Roth 401(k) Retirement Plan
Jasco's Retirement Plan offers a 6% company match for team member contributions. The match is 100% guaranteed and 100% vested. Team members are eligible to contribute and receive the company match the first day of the month following 60 days of employment.
Flexible Time Off
Jasco recognizes the importance of scheduled time off in providing the opportunity for rest, recreation and personal activities, as well as the importance of time off for use when unexpected illness or injury arise, and provides paid FTO benefits, which represent a combination of vacation and sick leave.
Employee Assistance Program
The EAP is a confidential assistance program designed to help address personal issues team members and eligible family members may be facing. The EAP is a confidential resource team members and eligible dependents may use at no additional charge. Individuals are offered three free sessions per issue/per household member each year.
