Jasco’s Retirement Plan includes a 4% company match on team member contributions, with immediate 100% vesting. Team members become eligible to contribute and receive the company match on the first day of the month following 60 days of employment.

Incentive Plan

Our incentive plan is quite special. The success of the program is based on our team members commitment to "WOW" our customers and is calculated monthly based on "net income" which translates to a specific incentive percentage. There is no cap - the better we perform, the higher the incentive becomes.

Jasco recognizes the importance of scheduled time away for rest, recreation, and personal needs, as well as the need for time off during unexpected illness or injury. Our paid FTO program combines vacation and sick leave into a single, flexible benefit to support our team members’ overall well‑being.

The EAP is a confidential assistance program designed to help address personal issues team members and eligible family members may be facing. The EAP is a confidential resource team members and eligible dependents may use at no additional charge. Individuals are offered three free sessions per issue/per household member each year.
