Jasco must continue to offer industry leading service levels to all customer with superior fill rates and on time delivery while efficiently managing inventory by achieving inventory turn goals and minimizing excess and idle inventory.
It is not enough to offer comprehensive logistics services; we must offer world class service consistent with what customers have come to expect from Jasco’s domestic fulfillment of big box distribution centers. JASCO must deliver on all customer roll outs while also proactively driving timely new product launches with well executed marketing and sales strategies to ensure broad placement with all target customers. Finally, we need to achieve all of this cost efficiently by making strategic investments while eliminating all wasted expenses and maintaining strong financial metrics.
